There have been a large sum of money and assistance to Africa and other third world countries for a long time. Unfortunately none or very few of these aids have been effectively utilized due to corruption, dishonesty and ignorance.
By way of education, the Human Education Institute HEI will ensure that the people who receive this aid are schooled and have knowledge of what it is to receive help. We will teach them to work out their own lives by themselves and make use of what they have to solve their problems and to walk before they run .
HEI will change economic aid to economic cooperation in these countries and help people to stay where they are and live good lives by giving them hope and providing work for them.
